Would you like to Heal your wounded Heart?
There is room in the heart for healing. There is room in the heart for ever more joy. There is room in the heart . It is our deep connection with our own hearts and a willingness to be present with the hearts of others that allows and supports our hearts to grow and heal.
In this workshop we:
- Offer solace and comfort to the wounded heart
- Explore the process of asking for and creating healing
- Llearn to let go and open to the feeling of newness that healing brings
- Give ourselves permission to release our stories and as we release the story it transforms, changes & Heals
The heart is the home of love, the home of feeling & the home of peace. It is the place that we as human beings carry all the experiences of our lives, the joy-filled happy ones and the profoundly painful ones. These wounds that are carried in our hearts can cause us to feel that we have a wound that cannot be healed. We may even believe that it should not be healed. We may believe it is our responsibility to carry this pain forever.It is time to change this belief and heal your wounded heart.
