Most often this is because the feeling present is being avoided, or there is a pattern of resistance, judgement or fear in place. This training introduces the experience and reality of Choice in relation to our feeling sense, our somatic and emotional experience. We explore feelings as they arise with processes of awareness and receptivity in the present moment. Learning to feel without judgment, we establish an environment within ourselves of continuously expanding compassionate empathy, for ourselves and for others. Accessing our intuition and imagination, with simplicity, respect and humor, we experience the effects of trusting the right brain, balancing it with the left brain, and discovering the interconnectedness of the physiological and emotional systems. The effects of becoming fully aware Feeling, physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually, instantly creates a new way of being present with ourselves and each other.
